Reservations
Registration is required in advance. Forms are available online, email or call (800)326-7238 between 10 AM and 5 PM. Reservations must be confirmed with full payment in advance by cash, credit card, check, or money order.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: Due to the cost of processing reservations, $25 per camper per week is non-refundable. You may receive a refund for the balance of your payment upon notification made 15 days prior to the start of camp. No refunds within 15 days of the start of camp. In the unfortunate instance where, due to undesirable behavior, your child is asked to leave camp, there are no refunds.Liability (please read)
Informative Tips
1. Be on time. We cannot wait for late arrivals. Plan to arrive by 8:30 am each day so you will have time to get your gear and take care of last minute personal chores. Camp activities may begin in advance of late arrivals.
2. Weather Conditions - All trips go rain or shine. We reserve the right to relocate or change the activity, raft size, number of campers per raft, and length of trip due to abnormal river flow and weather conditions.
3. Leave your electronics, cell phones, rings, jewelry and valuables at home. Waterproof disposable cameras are available in our river shop and take excellent shots if desired. We suggest you not bring expensive cameras to camp. A photograph will be taken during the week.
