DESCRIPTION

Overnight Adventure weeks include all the sunsational activities that a standard Adventure Week does PLUS a week of tent camping (campers provide own tents) at our waterfront campground near Harpers Ferry, WV. Campers will enjoy 4 nights around the camp fire with new friends, old stories, and fire roasted goodies under the stars.

The BIG Games!

This earth friendly, overnight week has an itinerary packed with plenty of thrilling adventures like white water rafting, Zip Line, tubing, and a Thursday field Trip. Campers will stay each night during this week in tents at our primitive waterfront campground just outside of Harpers Ferry.

Session 5 (July 23-27):
Monday We’ll start off by getting to know everyone and creating our flags for our newly formed country. Once we get everyone settled in and camp set up we’ll head out for a relaxing trip on Flat Water Tubing. In the evening we’ll have our opening ceremonies and torch lightning of the campfire. Daily debriefing around the campfire. Lights out at 10pm.
Tuesday This day begins with the Zipline Canopy Tour followed by campers choice at our Potomac St. location including navigating the Viking ship and field games. In the evening we’ll challenge each other with a game of capture the flag and spend some time star gazing at constellations.

Wednesday  We start with flat water canoe races followed by a wild ride on White Water Tubing. The evening will be spent competing in the OAC Big Games including javeline, shot put, and 3 legged race!
Thursday We’ll take a field trip outside of camp to experience a new adventure! When we get back there will be opportunities for campers choice at our Potomac St location. That evening we’ll relax up at River Riders while enjoying a movie and a pizza party!
Friday We’ll start off by “breaking camp” before heading out on a White Water Rafting trip. We’ll return to River Riders for our Camp Awards Ceremonies before heading home.

This session includes 4 nights of tent camping (campers bring their own gear) and meals.

Week $449.00

$50* per week for shuttle pickups and drop offs in Charles Town, Shepherdstown, Martinsburg, Hagerstown, Frederick, Leesburg, Winchester, or Gaithersburg

*Must have at least 4 campers or $200 minimum per location

Liability Waivers must be read and completed for each camper.

Notes

Campers will be divided according to age and ability levels for activities.
Staff members trained in each specific activity will accompany campers.
Minimum age of 9.
